They are a hardy species and are easily cared for, if, like the present owner you feed Sunflower Kernels,and suplement with Casurina Seed Pod's, WEEKLY at least.

They start to breed as young as 2 yrs of age, and increase in value with age and breeding history.

Glossy's make wonderful aviary subject's, and when mated with a hen of equal age will breed freely.

This bird has fathered young from the age of 2yr's

and has father well marked hen's. He has been split up from his hen to enable his owner to set up a "breeding trio", and thus give additional space.

This bird has been kept in an open flight as pictured.

A "BUY IT NOW" price of $4,500 has been set for this Cockbird by his owner, but realistic offer's will be considered.
