To enable you to register with U.B. Auctions you first have to read through the user agreement below outlining terms and conditions of the website and accept them before proceeding. This website is open to use by registered users in Australia only. You should also read our Privacy Policy.

Your access to and use of the U.B. Auctions website is conditional on your agreement acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers here and elsewhere on the website (Terms of Use).

Registration on this website and for its services is restricted to persons aged 18 and over and who are capable of entering into a legally binding contract with sellers/buyers of auction items. If you do not meet these requirements you cannot register with UB Auctions site utopiabirdauctions.com. If minors under the age of 18 are interested in purchasing items on the site they need to be supervised by a legal adult and under the said adult’s registration and consent to do so.

Registrants must provide a unique e-mail address.

U.B. Auctions in their absolute discretion reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel membership of any member.

Bidding, buying and selling on utopiabirdauctions.com signifies that you are entering into obligations that are binding. Bidders must be aware that on placing bids they are in a position to win the item they are bidding on and therefore obligated to purchase at the price indicated at the close of auction, providing reserve price is met, if theirs is the winning bid. Sellers must offer up only legitimate for sale items for which they are legally able to sell. Once the price of item has been reached (reserve price, if existing, met) the seller is obligated to sell to the bidder with the highest, winning bid. Sellers can withdraw from sale any items listed that have not been bid on. Shill bidding is unfair to potential buyers. Sellers are not allowed to bid on their own items. Discovery of attempts to do so will result in their auction being cancelled.

U.B Auctions render services as an online auction site to persons wishing to purchase or sell avian related items or livestock via utopiabirdauctions.com and cannot offer assurance to the calibre and legitimacy of listed items (or livestock). As a venue only for auction sales, U.B. Auctions is not responsible for any actions taken by users of this site that may result in losses or inconvenience caused to users of the site, and is not to be liable for any losses or costs incurred before, during or after auction by any person due to errors, falsification, omissions, interruptions, deletions, damage to, or failure or defection of equipment or goods or services provided. U.B. Auctions is unable to give assurances for the accuracy of listings, or guarantee sellers’ items for sale, or ability of sellers to sell/deliver or ability of buyers to pay for items bought, or that buyer/seller will actually complete a transaction, although failure to do so is in direct violation of this user agreement and terms and conditions of the website. Use of the site is at your own risk and content is ‘as-is’.

The site owners retain the right to censor and/or remove all content or items deemed inappropriate. Users must not violate any laws, 3^rd Party rights or site policies or interfere with another user's listings. Failure to comply with this may result in total banning from site.

Use of this site means you are willing to accept that payment of fees for this service must be paid via direct transfer (manual or electronic) or by credit card and will be automatically deducted from your credit card account once you have selected the fee structure/plan of your choice (that suits you).

Transactions through U.B. Auctions occur in NSW and are governed by applicable laws.
